Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. Who we are
VowCraft is operated by Maria Foti ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and confirm you are of legal age (or have authority to bind your organization).
2. The service
VowCraft is a wedding planning workspace: budget tracking, guest lists, seating, timelines, vendor and contract management, moodboards, and an AI planning assistant. Access is sold as a time-based pass (3, 6, or 12 months). Passes do not auto-renew.
3. Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including:
- Unlawful use, fraud, or spam;
- Infringing intellectual property rights of others;
- Interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, circumvention of technical limits);
- Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.
5. AI-generated content
The AI assistant's outputs (drafts, suggestions, verdicts) may be inaccurate and are provided for convenience only. They are not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, and verifying accuracy before acting on them.
6. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the service and its IP (software, documentation, branding). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your pass. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
7. Service level
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. All implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. When access ends, your data remains available in read-only form for a reasonable export window before deletion.
9. Liability
Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill), except where liability cannot be excluded by law (fraud, death, personal injury).
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are excused from performance during events beyond our reasonable control.
